Apologies For Absence To receive apologies for absence from the meeting. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors A Brenton, L Bach and P Shepherd.
RESOLVED: That in accordance with Procedure Rule A4.3 of the Torridge District Council Constitution, the meeting was declared inquorate, and all business was adjourned.
Due to the committee not being quorate, the Chair advised that the One Northern Devon presentation would still take place, informally, for the Members present. A recording of the presentation and slides will be circulated to all Members and discussed at the next meeting.
