The Council has appointed two Overview & Scrutiny Committees, an Internal Overview & Scrutiny Committee and an External Overview & Scrutiny Committee.
The External Overview & Scrutiny Committee will exerciseitsfunctionsin respect oftheperformanceofpartnersandexternalPublicSectorbodiesandCouncil serviceswithan“outwardfacing”emphasisontheareaofTorridgeandits inhabitants.
