Councillor Ken Carroll

We are sorry to say that Councillor Carroll passed away on 28 August 2018. Councillor Carroll was elected to Torridge in May 2015, as a Conservative Ward Member for Holsworthy. An active Councillor, he was Chair of the Council's Standards Committee and also served on the Licensing Committee.
